No problem. The one that sort of works might be easier to clear than the other one. The one that sort of works only is partially plugged. pine needles, and other stuff will cause this.

On my martinique, it's pickup is built into the tracking fins. I can simply take the rubber hose off the fitting and send a piece of binder wire down it and have it fixed.

I usually do this in the water, so when I take the tube off, and I see no or little water comes up through literally a hole in the boat;) then i know it's clogged. When i clear it, water shoots up pretty good and I re attach the pitot tube.

The best bet it to go to the pitot tube ends and take a wire or fish hook and see if you can dislodge the gunk.

If you do get the jam out, water will come out.

As far as where to unplug the tube, follow the tubes from the point they pick the water up and when you find a joint where it can be taken apart, that is where.

My pickup gets clogged with lake junk all the time. I carry a fish hook in my box and unclog it and it works most of the time. If the the problem is up in the line, the suggestion above is the ticket.
I have to keep her running 'cause I can't afford a new one

Where do you unplug them from inside the boat? Behind the dash?

The tubes are plugged. Blow them out from the boat side out.

Thanks..
