I wouldn't put chrome vinyl on a boat. It just doesn't hold up as good. It shows scratches very easy and sometimes it will discolor with black streaks.

i have been looking for someone who can print out decal kit for the boat. as i consider spicing up a couple boats, it would be cool to get the orig mid-70's lettering in the chrome decal. i know they make some good quality ones for the trailers. i have some on my pickup window. just would like to get the big letters that way.
surely someone has made a 1-to-one dxf or tif file of the lettering etc. anyone w/ ideas? |

Mike,
The paint was Rustoleum. Do some searching and reading. There's some really good threads on Gerber masks, painting and air brush shadowing if you go that far. |
