Eric you are absolutely right on the point about media bias. It is very discouraging to have to believe that our owm media outlets have so many hidden political agendas that they can resort to twisting the real news into something that only serves a small number of like minded friends. I have come to believe that those in charge of the media do not believe that we are smart enough to form our own opinions. One thing I do now is to read news from other countries (Russia, England, Iran, Israel, etc)which are also biased but give a foreign perspective on our country and many times more insight into current issues. In the end we have a right to believe what we choose and form opinions that support those beliefs. I am glad that there are people on this site who will still fight for their beliefs without shame or being intimated.

Eric, You kind of lost me here. If you are talking about the Nancy Pelosi post it came from Fox News which originated from Rupert Murdoch around the mid nineties(95-96). Ted Turner is responsible for CNN from about the early seventies. In either case the comments listed came directly from her mouth as evidenced in the video. There was nothing for anyone else to have an opinion about.

Why is it if you want to come here from a country like England it can take upwards of anywhere from 8 to 15 years with a sponsorship of a citizen to get a green card yet if you walk across from mexico your entitled to citizenship. Where is that logic? It took 10 years and a lawyer to get my London inlaws a green card so they can visit their children and grandchildren whenever they wish. Prior to that they were allowed by a visa limited access to America. This is first hand fact, not something I read.

The Arizona law is nothing more than an enforcement of an already federal law but the sppin doctors whelped into this profiling criminal act.

So, California, Massachusetts and other Democrat run states want to boycott Arizona, yet certain items like water and electricity and weapons and well maybe designer shoes are exempt.
