Hang some surveyors tape down around the canopy. They wave around, bright colored and keep the birds out. Otherwise, get your paddle out and play some swallow baseball

yes the water level goes up and down daily a few feet just want something nice to keep my boat from being all cheesed up

Matt we have three of the floating type lifts. We haven't had any issues other than replacing some bolts that were wearing. One was bought new and two used. They have made Quite a few improvements on the new models. If you are looking at a new make sure it has bushings on the arms and if you are in rough water the remote control is nice to bring lift up while you are on water and back down when you come in. This is a picture of one I need to raise the bunks for my 79SN. Monty

By anchored do you mean sittting on the bottom.(legs)? Do you want one that floats. I've seen one on pontoons (Hydrohoist) but they are usually used for larger boats.
