20k was popping in my head lol,
must be nice to swipe a check that big and not even bat an eye. I think I told you once i exploited the boat business towards Christmas time, I had the guys bill in my pocket for 38 hundies, it was a 440 Sea-ray, forien guy, I pay you cash, couple hundred employees,
october 30th,
Well the bills about 6k, how about 5k cash...dis-appears for about 10 minutes and hands me an envolope. he still calls me to this day to see how im doing
I can tell you guys this because he is in a league of his own. 5k to him is like 5 bucks to me and you, i did bust my ass too

The real sad part of the issue is the owner of the boat won't even know the difference when they hand him the bill!! Hmmm, 5" by 12'! I don't even want to know!

Even sadder, is you get stuck with the POS Slickcraft!! Well, it's work!

Pete, I had to laugh, i got a call to go onto a Tiarra, he said it was in dry stack. so i get to the marina and see an 80 ft Tiarra with the port shaft out, no one around so i climb up over the raft on the deck and finally find the engine room, v-12 Cats, 3 million for the boat maybe, so the wheels are spinning and im looking around down doing all the figuring to pull the trans.
hop out and find the yard master and told him what i needed to do and, he tells me your on the wrong boat and thought it was a Tiarra but ended up being a AMF slickcraft, oily POS down in the other dry stack
He went onto telling me some outside guys came in and had to cut the shaft out of the Tiarra, this has a 5" shaft about 15' long and they cut it out because the didnt know how to get the coupling off. I dont know how they cut it. I guess they need to do some reading, they brought pullers but to no avail with the room between the trans and box... so they cut it.
I had to explain the all thread and spacer process to the Yard man. just shook his head
