12" x 17" ??? Are you guessing the enlarged size of Bruce's mellon once he's speeding around Sebago in a 427 Cuda? If so I'd say you're a little small still.

As for props, I do have a gorgeous SS 12x16 I'm gonna go ahead and send up for the photo ops, but it may not be enough to contain that beast and keep the r's down low where it wants them. There are a number of Acme props in the 12.5 x 15.5 area that might work as well. Can you imagine 55mph at only 4200rpm?

I've talked to Jim a couple of times by phone and bought a timing cover for my Y Block from him, he has been a great help. I'm sure I'll be calling him again.
