Under Prop, I believe you will have to change out the transmission to the Borg Warner 72 series to handle the higher horsepower. I did that for my 351 and ended up with the expense of shortening the shaft two inches because the transmission is slightly larger. The prop was too close to the rudder producing a shaking at the steering wheel.

Would not aftermarket power enhancements like new heads be a cheaper, more reliable way to go? We had a 454 engine on our lake, and the gas consumption was very high according to the owner.

Can you swap a 454 pcm easily for a 351pcm?
