Run it until the thermostat opens, that's when you'll see warm water or a little steam.

I normally run mine for about 5-10 minutes and I flush with SaltAway for the last 30 seconds.

How long should I run the fresh water flush after I run the Nautique in salt/brackish water? I just want to make sure the engine is completely flushed.
