Head over to F150online.com. I used to hang out over there a lot when mine was new, if there's anyone cheap they'll know about it. I know there is a cheaper source for factory parts, just can't remember who   Now that I think about it, maybe I should go back, that was much cheaper than the boat.

ask a dealer who fix's there used cars,we have guys that can do amazing things w/upholstry,thet even fix damaged steering wheels.they are usually inexpensive and love a little cash work on the side

I have a 07 F150 and was wondering if any body out there knows where I can get a drivers side bottom seat ( just the cloth grey ) ?

it doesn't have to be new, so far I checked e-bay, my local salvage yards, the ford dealership ( new over $300 ) internet searches ?
