If its a borg and warner velvet drive use ATF dexron III NOT TYPE F, as long as thats what is in it now. Pull the fluid level indicator rod and check to make sure. Pump as much out as you can through the fluid level indicator inlet (about a quart +-) and pour in the new fluid.
