Take a look at this thread. The same applies. Also, check for loose and or corroded connections on the back side. |

Hey Guys,
Took my 96 sport out for the first ride this year and everything went well. The only thing that I am having trouble with is the ACCY 1 switch on the dash. Probably like most, this is the push button type switch that controls the radio. Next to the switch is a red indicator light when pushed on lights up. The problem is that the first time it worked fine. Then the radio went black like there was no power going to it and the red indicator light went out. I reset it and it worked, as I was watching it the red indicator light faded out and the same thing happened to the radio. Now with the ACCY 1 switch pushed in the red indicator light does not turn on and the radio will not come on. I hope this is an easy problem for some of you and would appreciate any help you can give. This is my first full year with the boat so I am still learning. Thanks!!!!! |
