Pretty easy to do. Just tape the new one to the old one and fish it through. Go with the fattest gauge you can get.

I just replaced mine on my '96 SN. It is appx 72" long, and goes to starboard rear motor for ground. Relatively simple r&r.

The battery clamp for the negative battery cable on my 98 Sport actually fractured - never seen that after working on cars for 30+ years. Anyway, rather than just replace the just the battery clamp, I would rather replace the entire cable. Anybody know where it goes and how long it is? Anybody ever replace one - what am I in for?
