I have used Starbrite, and Watco. I agree the watco is a value and works well, its pretty easy to improve the swim platform using the oil.

I have recently just used (others here have too) Watco Teak oil from home depot. Looks great and reasonably priced.(I think about $8 or $10 when i picked it up)
