99 sport, you drain the fluid from the dip stick hole. you will need a hand pump with a 1/4" tube that is about 8"to 10" long. look down inside and you will see a small hole where the dip stick goes in, thats the hole to put the tube in. It will go all the way to the bottom of the tranny. you should be able to pump out 2 qts. of old fluid.

I recently purchased a '99 Sport with the 1.23:1 transmission. My previous Correct Craft was an '86 Ski with the 1:1 transmission. I need to change the transmission fluid in the 99 Sport but I cannot locate a drain plug at the bottom of the tranny like the 1:1 transmision had on the older boat. Am I not finding something that is obvious? Do I disconnect a hose to the cooler? How do I drain the oil? I tried a hand pump through the fill tube but cannot get the syphon tube to the bottom of the case. HELP!!!
