Christine's can sell you the whole thing (skin+foam), ready to install. Probably easier and more cost effective to just buy one from them, rather than buying someone's old seat, which you would then have to take to your local upholstery shop to recreate.

Yeah, previous owner let it fly out going down the highway yrs ago and really wanted a pattern for the foam and the skin itself. Didn't know if Christines had that or just the skin. (edit) I have the seat bottom. the interior was redone in 02 or so. Wasn't sure if Christines could match the material.

I would go ahead and just order a new one to match your existing interior from Christine's (Nautiqueskins). There is nothing that needs to be reused from the old seat. Its a piece of foam covered in vinyl, and it installs with a flap that has snaps.

Any chance anybody has the rear seat back for this boat? Will other yrs, i.e. nautique 2001, rear seats work?
