I had this problem too, they all look soooo damn close. I somehow got a 650 on my Ford 351, had to change to make a custom metal fuel line with a pipe bender. But once I was done, the 84' Nautique ran like a champ. (timing also if you go bigger) 450 and 650 have different fuel inlets. (single) so that is why I had to change it up. If someone wants, i can post some different pictures of each. And actually, if someone wants to buy my old 450 and rebuild it, let me know. It was rebuilt once and needs a new Power Valve..

Guys, please check the actual Holley part number as well. The 4160 is the Model number and according to the PAW catelog, this Model came in many different 4-BBL ratings from 390 cfm up to at least 750 cfm. See if maybe the carb, if off of a 351, has a number like HOL-0-80551. The PAW catelog shows this Holley O.E. replacement number for a 351 and indeed shows it as a 600 cfm. The carb which came on a 302 is also a 4160, but is listed as part number 80364, and is rated at 450 cfm. So if it came on a 351 I agree as well that it's probably a 600.

What is the CFM rating for a Holley 4160 carb? I thought I had heard 600 but wanted to double check.

Thanks!
