Would it be a fuel tank vent line that someone pulled off and plugged the end with a bolt to prevent clogging from mud daubbers(sp?) etc?

Is the engine carbed or injected ?
The line with the bolt in it maybe a return for fuel injection ? |

We are new site. Just got a 1994 ski nautique that has been sitting outside since 2006 uncovered. Now we are doing a restore to the boat. On top of the fuel tank there are two hoses coming out one goes down into boa the other it cut off with a bolt in it. Any ideas on where the hoses go and what they are for? Thank you. Tried to put up photo but the file was to big. Any help would be appreciated.
