Christine's in Orlando also has the complete boxes in stock, as well as many other hard to find parts. I just recently found out they carry many stock parts....

House of Plastics in Orlando... 407-843-3290. They make the boxes for CC..   Just got a lid for my 91 BF there, $45 without the hinge and lock... Now I need a lock... lol
I think the whole box and lid with everything is pricey, around $140....
