That is more than likely a question for the tech guys at the carb manufacturer. You may be able to find some of the info on the manuf. website.

Need some help. Just put new 351w in boat. New carb I get on the water and it has no power until I raise the engine cover. I am at 5500 ft in Wyoming. It acts like its getting no air I assume the new carb is jetted for sea level what size jets should be in it for 5500 ft
