I have a Federal 13 square that I would call in weekend saver condition, not a daily driver that I want 50 clams for.

I am mechanically inclined and do not need to explain my background. The prop was on tight with key installed and cotter key as well. I have a commercial diver friend coming tomorrow to help me possibly find it.

The boat is a 1985 2001 with a right hand rotation prop.

I may need a prop if anyone has one.

Thanks all

I feel for you and don't doubt your mechanical abilities but I still had to LOL. I think you're going to need a castle nut too.

sounds like the prop must have spun on the shaft... you can probably find used federals around, but most guys really like the acme 540 on the 2001's... you might give that a look if you end up in the market for a new prop.   Delta Prop is a sponsor of the site, and has a discount from what I understand.
