Pumped it out and then checked the screen. Does the screen just sit in the hole loosely, it would only come out half way and seemed to have something on the other end?

Screen is in the lower hose at the back bottom of the trans. It will be a mess taking out not worth it IMO. Just pump the fluid out of the dipstick hole.

It's a velvet. Manual talks about it but no picture? It's connected to a 302 commander if that helps. Apparently I drain it at the cooling lines?
