Do you hear the fuel pumps cycle when you turn the ignition on? These motors had problems with the fuel pump relays.

Take the FCC off and see how much fuel is in it. Should be full nearly to the top. If it isn't you have a low pressure fuel supply problem.

It really helps to have a fuel pressure tester kit on the fuel injected boats. Takes away a lot of guess work.

The engine is a GT40. engine 260 hours.

fuel, air, fire.... if it's getting gas, and getting spark, then I would suggest that your fuel supply is weak (points to the FCC?) or that your spark is incorrect.   Do a search for the fuel control cell hose repair... that seems to be a common problem.   Knowing what engine you have would help too... welcome to the forum!

1999 Ski Nautique won't start. Just put it in the water. Started fine, replaced impeller and belts. Started fine, turned it off, now it won't start, getting spark, getting gas. Any ideas?
