Run the tongue jack all the way down. Place the concrete blocks under the transom, as close to the stringers as you can get ( carpet of course).
Run the tongue jack up to the highest position. Put a floor jack under the keel & lift the boat of the trailer. Pull trailer out. You will need a jack stand or more blocks because you will need to move the jack several times to get the trailer out. Don't climb under the boat until it is on solid support. |

A floor jack, cinder blocks and a few wood blocks will get the job done.

I am trying to lift my Ski Tique (safely) so I can make some minor repairs underneath. I dont have a lot of options and have no heavy equipment. Does anyone have a pretty tried and true method to get a boat off a trailer and workable?
