You can see no Mothers are in that picture of the kids climbing the framework - too funny!

lol yeah

its raised due to changing tides and low gounds, the house is almost 2.5m above ground level...base columns are from a really heavy hardwood called Quebracho, its very rot resistant. Its normally used for construction..Its also good for furniture and super for firewood!

kids are already enjoying it!

Hey Kap - Looks great!

You might get some crap from the guys on the site - a lot of wooden stringers! It will be fun to see pics of the little ones running around the new house...........

I´ve been little quiet lately, work kids and this new thing I´m building got me busy....

Last year i got a property in the river, 2000 m2 with 40m of coast.
2 month ago we started building a house. Its shared with my brothers, we are 3 plus family
















Its all wood with corrugated metal sheet roofing...
its really going fast, hope to have it almost functional by the end of the year (our summer)....so if you are planning on a winter break, might wanna hit south!
