I had one installed (welded) as part of my recent trailer restoration. So far, so good. I have trailered the "new" trailer over 3K miles (we head from CO to the Midwest each summer) ... it is great to have our boat home in the garage and this tongue coupler makes it possible.
 I will get you a picture of the "folded" tongue tomorrow ... As an FYI, there are several good posts concerning this modification out there (on this and other sites). |

has anyone used one of these couplers to make their trailer a swing tongue trailer? What is your opinion of this coupler?
