Buick . Marty Made is the Buick Man . They sound like a Piper Cub Air Plane which is very cool.

There's guys that know more about those than me, but I'm pretty sure that's a Buick engine. MartyMabe has that motor in his Skylark I think.

Follow up to posting. Does anyone know what engine was used in the 1963 American Skier model? It is a V 6 with Universal Saber on the air cleaner. No other obvious hints?? If I redo the heads, how would I get parts including gaskets?
