skeg = what you call the keg after you drank 1/2 of it?

I have heard them referred to as skegs many times, but the proper name is "tracking fin" according to all the CC literature.

My bad. Skegs. Everything I saw on ebay they called turn fins and since this is my first inboard I was not familiar with them. I knew on a I/O it is a skeg on the bottom of lower unit and now I've learned something new. Anyway will the ones on the 80 be the same or If I replace both with the ones for sale will it affect anything? and the most important question of all.....how much? Thanks.
if it floats it's not sunk
