Con-Man I too jsut bought a 86 SN 2001 can you tell me what you did for a moring cover? I need one and am looking at Overttons Sharkskin but I am concerned about mine being an 86 and they only list from 87 on. I called CC and they said they would check to see if the hull had any changes. I know the top front vents changed from 86 to 87 but nothig else.

one more thing youll need to put something in between the back seat and motor box to to raise the cover up in that area or when it rains the water will pool up there.. i went to homedepot and bought a couple 2x4s and made a u like shape just a little higher then the gunnells..

yo con man welcome to the family. ive got an 84 and bought my custom cover from overtons.com just looked for you and the one i have is the hurricane sharkskin part#70480 $334.99 fit over swim platform to great cover. they also sell custom hurricane sunbrella for $574.99, a little to pricy for me but the sharkskin is a great cover and i think youd be pleased with it i am.. and they have several colors so it will match your boat.. hope this helps and agian welcome to the family..
