A glue syringe works great for getting the CPES in the holes.

Yes just mix some in a cup or some sort of container and keep pouring it in until it or you can't take anymore. It will soak in relatively fast.

This site needs a cpes faq. Searching around the web cpes seems to fall somewhere between voodoo and urban legend.

I ordered a small warm weather kit from rot doctor. I need to protect my stringers lag bolt holes. Should I just fill them with cpes and let it soak in ?
