Interesting. Cool you found it. That's a good thing to keep in mind, that the switches and breakers themselves can be part of the problem.

     Hi guys, corrected the daisy chain ground wire problem on the 86 SN but still had only 10 volts on the dash volt meter.Replaced the ignition switch still 10 volts. Checked the 20 amp ignition breaker, and lost 1.5 volts through it. Checked it with ohm meter and went from low to high resistance to totally open just by shaking it! New one on the way. I am sure that this problem was already posted but just a reminder.
