Matt,
You have been a member long enough to know to read the CCfan threads on the subject. I'm sorry you have missed the fact that high slip trans fluids should NOT be used on a wet clutch trans. There are even issues with it's use on bike trans's.

Flush it at least 3 times. Damage? You won't know until you get the boat out on the water again but I'd say chances are high you warped the clutch plates due to slippage.

Last season I made the mistake of putting synthetic transmission fluid in the transmission. I quickly found out it was a bad move. The trans started making a clicking sound.ugh.. How many times do I need to flush it to get oit all the synthetic oit? Next question is did I do any damage to the transmission?
