I also bought that little $1.00 fuel hose that historically goes bad and causes issues.

What weight oil does the '99 GT40 take?

Lastly does the air filter need to be removed and cleaned out each season?

Filter - Your choice unless you run the tank dry the crap may still be in there

Replace the hose when in there

Same oil as any flat tappet motor

You can remove the spark arrestor and spray carb cleaner through it then blow with compressed air if it looks dirty.

Hey guys, bought a new fuel filter for the FCC cylinder. Ideally should it be run first to collect the crap from the tank and changed out afterwards? I also bought that little $1.00 fuel hose that historically goes bad and causes issues.

What weight oil does the '99 GT40 take?

Lastly does the air filter need to be removed and cleaned out each season?

Thanks!

Ken
