Thanks, Gary for the reply. I called Taylor Made and the windshield is over $500 not including shipping! A guy name Chris sent me info on a Talor Made windshield that I am checking out not. I will post pics soon!

BTW, I also need an America Sign sign for the dash. Ideas?

Hi John:
Sorry for the late reply. Been traveling some and had some surgery. We live in Maryville so not far from Norris. I went to HS in Daytona Beach and college in Lakeland. Did A LOT of skiing on Lake Hollingsworth and on a little late south of Palatka. I do love the mnts but miss the beach.

BTW, I am also looking for an American Skier emblem for the dash. I will post a picture. Thanks again for the reply!

Tim,

Are you looking for the one piece windshield? If so, I know where a NOS one is, will be happy to measure it for you. Been sitting on a shelf for probably 30 years. Do you know the width by chance? I want to say the place is asking $150 for it. They also have some NOS mounting hardware and rubber molding for it scattered about.

The shop is called Fairwinds Marina in Annapolis MD. Call them at 410-974-0758. Been locally operated since 1959. I run over there from time to time and dig through their bins of stuff.

Welcome Tim. I used to be a caretaker of AM 361, it had a Graymarine 4 cylinder 70 hp powerhouse. What's in yours? What color is the hull? When you get a chance we'd like to see some pictures too! Back in 08 I think, I bought a new windshield from Taylor Made, not sure they make them anymore but it would sure be worth a call. Give me a couple of days and I'll look in my papers and get you a phone number

I have to learn to type faster

Tim,
what engine do you have in your 64? Mine has the big-bad 100hp 6 banger!

I "upgraded" the head and gasket a couple years ago.

Last summer, my father-in-law "gifted" my wife and me with a 1964 Correct Craft American skier. We are looking for a Taylor Made windshield in good condition (we live in E. Tennessee but travel to Florida a lot where we are from).

Also does anyone had experience with replacing the head gasket? I want to confirm that I have the correct part. Love to connect with other vintage boat owners from that era.
