You can get a better price if you strip the seats yourself . Its a lot of work pulling all the staples.

Be careful when just replacing skins. From experience I did this and did not replace the foam and come to find out something (mold/fungus) was living in the foam and made my new skins look like it had the chicken pox within a year. I spent ~400 foe the back seats and observer seats to be re-skinned. Most shops will not care for you bringing in another's product and you should be prepared for the conversation I did what I could with the product YOU asked me to install.
I am sure the skins are made from the original patterns (as advertised) but if the foam is broken down and not replaced you may end up disappointed.

I would guess $1000 or more for the install. Really depends on who you take it to and if there will be any foam replacement or repairs.

I've already decided to use Christine's skins, I know they are expensive but it's the way I want to go. What I'm curious about is what the LABOR ONLY should cost with me handing them the skins.

I'm currently buying a 99 Sport that needs seat skins replaced I priced a complete set from Christines and it was $2998. I also have local guy that can duplicate my interior including embroidery of the CC logos for $2800 that's the whole boat including labor. So to answer your question budget $3000 for qaulity work. Don't worry your resale value will stay high if you keep it original : )

If I'm buying the skins myself from Nautiqueskins, what is a fair price for an upholsterer doing the whole interior of my '98 Sport? I'd prefer to just drop off the boat and let them do the whole thing.

I received a quote from a local outfit for $2,400 - $2,800, which sounds very high to me. Anyone have a ballpark on what I should expect to pay?
