I bought mine in my last sjrr trip, never used it yet though, but I guess I have to remove the red cap in the tip of the boom in order to be able to adjust the set screw properly.

Id be a buyer if you can bring it along, the kids are whining about the boom tearing their hands up but good.

It's the skinny handle that clamps on the tip of the boom. Good for kids smaller hands and also gets them further away from spray. $50. Brand new. It belongs to a friend but I might be able to bring to CT this weekend.
