I've seen a nice boat including a running 440 drivetrain on a trailer go for 1k this year and people advertising the motor and accessories only for 2200 - it's a heavy item that requires time and/or money for the buyer to move home- value depends on who needs it and where they are located. Plus what's there, hours, condition, etc. Chrysler put out multiple versions of the 440 that year- from the benign to the ravenous - what model you got?

What happened to the boat? A lot of factors go into the value... pictures and a good description are your best friend...

It sounds like you don't know much about the engine (and boat). Please fill us in with more information. RR stands for "reverse rotation". Before reduction transmissions were used, CC predominantly used the RR engines which run the opposite rotation than the automotive version. |

Chris,
Was it the original engine in the Wildcat? I ask to make sure it's a RR. |
