Thanks for the comment John. I am very lucky to have my two brothers and very grateful that they put up with me. They are both very special people. I am very lucky.

wow Pete...I have thrown literally hundreds of those away & now they are goin' for $45 on e-bay!
had to laugh john b...nice job by your bro...used to dream '2B1Q' when I was one of the 1st ISDN techs in the Cleveland area. But Gary was right about what 'ISDN' stood for. hahahahahaha on Fujitsu Gary...hope they fired and took away the pension of the guy who decided to buy those. One or two frame jockeys and you had a 'chance' of getting it to work. Usually me or my partner the moe-man would go into the CO ourself-because we didn't trust no-one. Had to laugh about what we called the 2-piece protector! So much of this stuff was exactly the same..no matter what state you were in. john |

i remember trying to get some of those services working. The bigger the CO the less help you'd get. One or 2 people CO's and you had to get them working no one to pass the buck to. ISDN stood for I still don't know. And try to get one up and running on a Fujitsu, you knew you'd be there for awhile.
Yes I took out a few of those John, how about those 2 piece ones with the crumbling asbestos pad? |

I have heard that once or twice John. I think all of you telephony guys retire in Florida. My brother is in Coral Springs.

No wonder the price of copper went thru the roof ;). Since I left there were rumors that uverse was going to go wireless, that way they could get to more areas cheaper. I suppose the economy has slowed that plan.
