Have a place on the North west shore of Houghton Lake. Love it. Lake has not been that busy he last few years.
Typically Get out in the early morning for a little Slamon and wakeboarding. |

What lake are you on?? Michigan lakes are some of the best in the Midwest, been going to Glen Lake my whole life, have several buddies with places up there, so many awesome lakes throughout the state.
Re: the heater, on mine the dash switch for the heater blower is a 4-function push button, Low-Med-High-Off, maybe yours is the same way. |

Link for PCM manual:
PCM Manual 2008 Here are a couple pics showing the heater lines on mine, this is a factory install on an 05', note the reddish colored hose. Of course your VD is going to be backwards but should give you an idea what to look for. |

When you say heater does not work, the fan does not blow or it never gets hot or both?
Heater HW supply/return lines should be tapped into the intake manifold and the water pump, both lines should run up to the heater core which "probably" is mounted up under the helm somewhere, if there is a carpeted kick panel likely behind it. Trace those to ensure they are all connected, not bypassed or have a closed valve along the way. Most factory installs would not have valves. |

Do you have a link to the 2008 Excalibur PCM engine manual? The Boat owners manual doesn't tell you how to winterize.
Thanks Again. |

I have Open Cooling and a floor heater that does not work. Is there a Ball Cock valve that can be turned to get water circulating to the heater?
Yes to Ballest tanks 3. I will doa a search on the Excalibur motor. Thanks for the quick response. |

Should be many threads out there on winterizing, try to found one specific to the Excalibur.
Pretty basic process, couple questions: Is yours open or closed cooling? Do you have a Heater, Shower? Ballast tank(s)? Brochure should be here in the reference section, if not here is a link to Nautiques site for a copy: Link to Owners Manual |

Hello All, I am new to the Correct Craft Forum and To the Correct Craft Family of Boats. I purchased a 2008 211SV Air Nautique earlier this year. Love it. I have been a Sea Ray Owner for years. Love them as well.
I have questions about winterizing my PCM 5.7L V Drive. Just wondering If some can shoot me a link to a thread that is already going or a link to the owners manual. I have not been able to find a specific manual for 2008 Modal year. Thanks for your time!! |
