Is it a threaded bolt or a lag screw? Is it actually sheared of just pulled out of the transom?

I would look inside the hull and see if it goes all the way through. If not then you will probably have to drill a hole in it and use an easy out tool.

I have 1991 ski centurion, while taking off the swim platform one of the bolts that goes through the transom sheared off. Any ideas how remove it and install a new bolt? Help!!
