Bad battery. Low battery. Bad battery cables. Bad cable terminals. Deep cycle battery. All are potential causes of low voltage. Get the VOM out and check.

When I turn key to start boat the solenoid buzzes but thats it. Any ideas what it could be, either starter or solenoid?? Thanks.
