John if they are just getting hard to push in and out he could try some WD-40 on them, worked on my '95s ignition breaker.
I went and bought a new one but before I installed it I figured I'd give the old one a shot with the WD treatment first.
I pulled it out of the dash so I could hold it vertical then just dribbled some WD down the sides of the plunger part then just started clicking it in and out while adding a little more WD.
It's still in the dash today and I have an extra ignition breaker now.

all you regular guys on here know that I would never post in this section....I usually "just ask Eddie".....but my friend..Chief Tom...needs to replace to dash switches in his '89 Nautique. He called to ask if they were "breakers" or just regular on/off switches and where to get them. I didn't know for sure but I promised him that one of you guys here could help us out....so;

Breakers or switches....and
Where to go to buy new?

thanx guys!
