Use a pump like the Mityvac to suck the fluid out of the dips stick hole. Should remove about 2 Quarts.
It's recommended to add to use metal tubing to insert into the transmission as the plastic pieces that come with the vacuum pumps have been known to get stuck. Add Dex/Merc or Dex III back in. Do not use synthetic, it causes the transmission to slip.

Newbie here, can someone please inform me of how to properly change the transmission fluid on a 2002 super air with Walter vdrive.
Directions or pics would be helpful. I'm sure this has been posted before but I couldn't find a thread. Thanks, Tyler |
