   I suggest tape the new one to the old one and pull it through, unless CC screwed the pooch and zip tied it to everythibng else every 2 ft.

	Does anyone have any tips for changing the steering cable on a year 2000 Sport Nautique that is fitted with ballast tanks. I have changed cables before on earlier Ski Nautiques and that was fairly straight forward but it looks like I'll have to remove the fuel tank and the ballast tanks to acces the rudder control arm. Looping the cable into the bilge looks like another nightmare. Grateful for any suggestions, (apart from take it to the dealer - it's too far)
