I'll help the teen idol with dinner for Sat night. Have an Electric-Smoker will travel so I''ll do TimBobs Smoked Chicken along with Scotty's BBQ. Someone wanna do chips or slaw or Tater' Salad to go with it would be divine. Looks like a great sunny weekend so I imagine we'll be on the water all day so lets make it simple.

Barbequed pulled pork for lunch or din, maybe some homemade Gene cookies to.
Always be ready for a run, the water does not wait for you!

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

I am getting special requests for Hand Crafted 80-20 Beef / Steak specialty burgers. I feel it necessary to remind everyone this is not a G25 event. We are working on a much lower budget. The Walmart freezer case, box of 20 patties, does not offer the high end craft burgers. 30 % Horse Meat, 30% Beef, 10% Mystery Meet. If you drink enough it will be the best burger you have ever had.

As I have been asked about this I figured I would open up a thread to get things moving-
A couple of thoughts -

The past couple of events folks signed up to provide or contribute towards a meal - whatever that meal would be. I feel that this approach has worked well and am in favor of sticking with this part of the tradition (we will let the rain part of the tradition go away)

I think the traditional Friday night pizza works well and we should stick with that for Friday.

I believe we are good for utensils, trash bags and perhaps plastic cups.
