Take the flange off and just screw the hose into the hole. it will not go anywhere

What size ducting did they use? Maybe some portable AC flanges and ducting will work?

The connectors to the rear bilge exhaust louvers are pretty toasted. Don't see direct replacement. Anyone have a solution? Thanks
