Thanks for sharing your fun weekend. I am very jealous and my feet feel hot just watching how well you guys were footin and how long you were up.
Having done 4 barefooters before, ( we all stepped off single skiis ) I know how hard it is to pull off. You guys are good. Loved the video's and the sound of the Nautique, Barefoot 454 I am guessing? Pulling out 4 deep water starts.   Nice.   Good music on the video also.
Wish I was close enough to play in this event!

Sorry for the late follow up here. We had a great time meeting everyone and really appreciated everyone's generosity and hospitality. Special thanks to Greg for hosting such a great event! Next time I might need to attend solo, so i can spend more time on the water and less time chasing kids around.

Nice recap Larry and huge shout out to the Fossets for opening their home to a bunch of SkiBums for a weekend of Boating, footing' skiing, eating and drinking. Heather and I had a great time and even her parents who aren't skiers had a blast. Thanks to all y'all who reached out and made them feel welcome. They almost didn't come because they don't ski and they didn't know anyone. Hanging out with CCFans and seeing our ski family in action, they let us know that they both wanted try waterskiing again. Y'all Rock!
As always, there were new friends made, new boats to drive and ski behind ( thanks Larry) and never enough time to hang with everyone for long spells. Thanks to those that helped in providing stuff for the troops. I'll close with the group email I got from my co-worker who heads this up.......

We’re taking donations to put together 200 care packages for the wounded warriors at Landstuhl Reginal Medical Hospital at Ramstein AFB in Germany.

Just a few of the items were buying for these care package include 200 battery powered tooth brushes, 200 Brain Teaser puzzles, Delta kicked in 200 first class Tumi convenience kits. We need 12 cases of wet wipes, 200 each Tooth Pickers, Hand lotion, Lip therapy, tooth paste, and Beanies and gloves, Thermal Stainless coffee mugs and we would like to send 200 $10 Starbucks or Dunkin Doughnuts gift cards.

Please donate, We have to fill up these boxes, get them packed and shipped to Germany by the end of the month to make it by Thanksgiving.

Special thanks this week to Kevin Judd from MSP, Brax Esancy, Bill Butler, Mike Massey and famly, Pat Kerns, Sebastian Jacome, Heather Johnson, Robert Donaldson, and finally Tim Morfoot and the members of his boat club.

“You are all great Americans”

Thanks again gang.... I guess the next mini will be River Ruckus 2020. Hope to see you all there.

Thanks to great and sue for hosting another wonderful Badin Mini. Was a bunch of fun and short of an alternator belt on one boat, I don’t think anyone had any issues. A good weekend.

Holy cow...where to start....

Gotta start 1st off with a big thanx to Greg & Sue for opening up their beautiful lake house for this event. Once again they had people sleeping everywhere. Thanx for the delux accomadations for Patti & I & Jordee. Sorry about all the dog hair. Sue's patience with this whole event is incredable. Think 50 people boating cooking out drinking and wandering in & out of your house for 3 days.

As usual part of the fun of these events is meeting people we have here to fore only met "on-line"....this years count for me was: Audiodude (Art)....triplett (Mike) and his awesome family...Todd & Alan the Air Chair guys...you should see Todd's videos! and Woody & Alan..2 of Greg's footin buddies.

Thanx to all who brought food especially Jesse & Dave for the incredable pig roast....what a team...Jesse cooked and Dave watch and drank beer. And Dave...once again I did not get to drive the yellow boat...

Special mention has to go out to Couz Donald who musta bought out Bojangles entire saturday morning run of biscuit sandwiches....delicious.

Hope we did not scare off Tim's prospective in-laws. They probobly had no idea what kinda 'family' their daughter is marrying in to.

I got to double with Dave Hart and of course Larry Hineline. Missed out on the 4-mans on friday.

Thanx to Justin Landers for loaning me and Patti his rocket ship of an outboard boat on friday. He even let Jordee ride.

Got to see Reid and Laurie....blessing to see Reid none the worse for wear after his hurricane adventure...

Was cool to spend time with the Monahans but sure did miss my brother.....

I probably left out someone or something....but will leave you all with this. Patti and I drove 10 hours on friday...skied a little then skied on saturday then drove 10 hours home on sunday. So it was 20 hours of driving to spend a day and a half with C/CFan friends and family....worth every turn of the wheel!

Did not happen. Hopefully some other time. I think it would be a hoot. Not that I would be a particularly strong competitor, but it would be fun to participate/witness.

As Buckethead veterans, I had Scott or Dave as favorites to win, but Woody or Allen are both just crazy enough to give them a good run for the money.

Bill,

Missed you this year. Here is a video of most of the 4 man runs, there were several. The cast of characters is listed for each one. Woody and Allen are two friends of Gregs, Dave is Dave Hart from Maine.

The next day John and I did this doubles run, which did not end well for me.

Gorgeous down here too this weekend. Warm all week, so even tho saturday is going to be a little cooler (down here, upper 70s is a little cooler) water should be great.

Do I get to use the secret never fail special rope again? Or is that a one time thing.
As far as the double run, absolutely, maybe even behind the 176, but behind the BFN is probably a surer thing.

I did think it was odd that Steve was making reservations on behalf of others
