I was afraid of this but here is their response when I asked what font they used:. “Unfortunately, it is not a font. It's custom artwork. My artist said he worked on your project for a few hours before it looked close.” We went through probably 10 revisions. Domed Numbers is who did the work. |

I finally found the proper Nautique font. Couldn't tell you font name but it's pretty damn close. We went back and forth on revisions and size but I they nailed it. I wanted something a little special and not completely OEM but still appear OEM from a distance. Went with neutral white interior, gold flake outline to match the gold flake pinstripe on the boat, and zephyr tan shadow to match the zephyr top stripe on the boat. Bottom photo is a comparison of the oem decal from an online listing.

The problem is that, while the font would be the same, the actual gold/neutral textured font/pattern wouldn’t be the same. It would just be a two tone shadowed “Longhorn Nautique” which isn’t original unfortunately. Hey CCF, I am looking for someone who can reproduce the gold/neutral decals on my 1999 Sport Nautique. I know they make the Sport Nautique decals but I am looking to have “Longhorn Nautique” decals re-made for the sides of the boat. This winter the hull will be stripped and restored. Nautique originally printed the “Longhorn Nautique” decals when the boat left the factory but I’ve left two voicemails at the factory and haven’t received a call back. Looking for alternatives. Thank you everyone! I appreciate any help!
