My 1994 Ski came with a fuel filter / water separator located on the port side of the engine compartment near the rear. It is a little hard to see as it is mounted so that the spin-on canister filter is below the level of the floor with the configuration similar to that of an oil filter -- with the threads facing upwards. I use the filter number: 35-802893Q01.
