Not yet, I have tightened all the lag bolts for the motor mount and those are solid tight.

Matt,
The section of wood forward of the dog house is there to hold the screws for the seats. I'd say 3/4" if that's not to thick to be level with the foam/glass aft. I know that some earlier boats had 1x (3/4").

Also, if that section of wood is bad/rotten, you may want to dig a little deeper. Have you checked your stringers?

Yes I’m talking about the front seat bilge area. What thickness or plywood was used ?

The original floor was fiberglass over foam with the exception of the front seat/bilge area (where there’s a section of wood under the glass) and the removable panel behind the engine.

You’ll want to take a look at the number of 2001 stringer threads to get an idea of how the boat was put together.

Has the foam been removed from the hull?

Matt,
Pictures sure would help so we could understand what you're doing. I know you only have a phone so you could PM or email pictures to one of us so we could post them.

There was no plywood in the floor from the factory as you are describing.

Matt,
Are you just replacing the ply or doing a complete stringer job?

What thickness plywood do I use on the floors. It looks like the plywood between the dog house and the stern is thicker than the plywood used up front ?
