I think I need that boat for my early morning ski or barefoot runs. There would be an emergency HOA meeting by 9 and I would receive my notice of my lifetime ban by 10.

I was going to link your build thread to that conversation, but all the photos were gone (either the recent CCF crash or the great photobucket hostage crisis.)
